Professionally, Professor Jatho is a Senior Coach and Team Development Specialist of a Consulting Company in Johannesburg, South Africa. She works with diverse team leaders and executive leaders in Europe and South Africa to humanise the workplace.
Professor Kerstin Jatho holds the position of Professor of Coaching and Leadership within at Monarch Business School Switzerland. She is presently a candidate within the dual PhD/DOAL combined programme at Monarch. She holds a Master’s Degree, with distinction, in Applied Positive Psychology (MAPP) from the University of East London in the United Kingdom and a Bachelor’s in Economics and Accounting from the University of South Africa (UNISA).
Professor Jatho’s academic interests include leadership, employee well-being development, human-centred organisational restructuring, human resource management, hybrid leadership, positive psychology within organisations and learning and development processes.
