Dr. Baffa Keita is a Ph.D. graduate of Monarch. He is an Associate Professor at CESAG (Centre Africain d’Etude Supérieure en Gestion) in Senegal and at TECHNOLAB – ISTA (Institut Supérieur de Technique Appliquée) in Mali, in the Master’s and Bachelor’s programs in Project Management. He also supervises the thesis of students in the master program at both institutions. Dr. Keita has been an active teacher since 2010 within the university system in West Africa.
